We’re excited to celebrate a key milestone with Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN): the Family Works service has gone live on our secure digital platform, FileVision CMS known within PSN as TUI (Total Unified Interface). The system aligns with PSN’s practice model and brings together multiple services into one secure, streamlined, and whānau-centred platform that ensures a consistent experience for clients, no matter which door they enter.
Over the past few years, PSN has been bringing two of its core services together within this unified system. FileVision CMS supports a wide range of PSN services, including Social Workers in Schools (SWiS) a free, in-school social work programme that enhances the wellbeing and learning of tamariki and their whānau across Aotearoa. SWiS featured in the initial go-live pilot in the Whangārei region, marking a significant milestone in PSN’s digital transformation journey.
Our implementation team worked closely with PSN to tailor the platform to their service models and workflows. With FileVision CMS, kaimahi can now capture all programme and administrative information including pre-programme details, attendance, evaluations, notes, and outcomes in one secure, easy-to-navigate location. This new system will improve efficiency, strengthen data accuracy, and reduce administrative time, allowing kaimahi to focus more on what matters most: supporting tamariki and whānau.
This milestone represents another major step in PSN’s journey toward enhanced visibility, consistency, and collaboration across its services. Next up: the Auckland region later this year, followed by the remaining PSN regions and the Shine service in 2026, continuing the rollout of a fully unified, client-centred system.
We’re honoured to support PSN’s purpose-driven mahi and proud to be their trusted technology partner on TUI/FileVision CMS — delivering secure, efficient, and people-centred digital solutions across Aotearoa.
